For the next few days I am heading into the bedrooms. Switching out clothing, (I am ignoring that it is still 40 degrees here) scanning book shelves, stacks of accumulated papers, and tossing mis-matched sox.
I do my thousand words exercise in each room but, it is particularly important in bedrooms. Keep the space clear of old clutter; not just physical but mental. Our chattering minds, bad dreams, sad thoughts, there is no space for these things in the bedroom. Clear them out and transform your bedroom into a relaxing and comforting area.
